Today, I cook a desert. It is tong shui with papaya, tremella and lotus seed.

Firstly, soaked the dried tremella, cleaned in clearly and cut it in some small pieces.

Secondly, put the tremella into a pot, and put cold water in it too.

Thirdly, used the medium heat to boil water. When it boiled, turned to the  soft fire and kept the water in a the state of boiling slightly,

Then, cleaned the papaya, removed the seeds, and cut it in small square pieces.

Next, when boiled tremella for forty minutes, put the papaya into the pot, and kept boiling for twenty minutes.

Finally, put the crystal sugar into the pot, kept boiling until the sugar melted.
